Recently, 89-Paint partnered with Gumenick Properties to complete a handful of projects at Penstock Quarter Apartments. Our clients decided to gold bold with colors and the effect is amazing! The mix of vibrant colors, mid-century details, and fun lighting fixtures add to the effortlessly cool vibe of the apartment complex. This commercial real estate space is located in Libbie Mill - Midtown. Working within walking distance to many of Richmond's best restaurants was an added bonus of this project.
