Park Avenue - Modern Update to a Richmond Classic
One of the many amazing things about Richmond, Virginia is the beautiful and historic properties. This home on Park Avenue received a fresh coat of interior paint to better match the design style of its new owners. They chose a mix of grays and off-whites by Sherwin-Williams to give the home an updated look and feel. Some of the highlights of the project were definitely the foyer, with its statement-making staircase, and the large set of built-ins. The end result is the perfect mix of classic Richmond architecture and contemporary / mid-century touches.
